UK mobile operators 'hide' £136m annual fraud loss

Revenue assurance firm warns almost £1 in every £5 spent in U.K. mobile premium rate service sector is fraudulent; outlines advice to operators for tackling issue.

Mobile operators in the U.K. are not doing enough to tackle fraud associated with premium rate services, which is now costing the country's mobile industry almost £136 million per year, revenue assurance firm BillingScore said on Tuesday.
