Tollring has enhanced its senior management team with the appointment of Andy Bannister as Global Head of Sales. Andy will lead the sales strategy across the entire Tollring portfolio of analytics, call recording and fraud management solutions, developing relationships with existing partners and new service providers across the globe.
Andy brings with him extensive industry knowledge and a wealth of experience in business communications and cloud services, having previously worked in global sales roles for Atos, Mitel and Cisco BroadSoft.
Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring says, “We’ve known Andy since his time at Mitel where he was instrumental in helping us to secure our ongoing partnership and the delivery of our business analytics across Mitel’s UCaaS portfolio. Andy will be a great asset to the business, driving new relationships, taking new products to market, and strengthening our strategic focus to build on the foundations we have in place today.”
Andy says, “It’s exciting to be joining Tollring at such a dynamic period in its growth. The company’s established suite of products and services, integrated with market leading platforms for cloud voice presents a huge opportunity to expand our global presence and help service providers to grow ARPU and retain customers.
“Tollring offers a range of value added services for service providers and channel partners to strengthen their existing propositions. We are launching exciting new products which will expand our addressable market throughout 2021, such as the addition of scam calling protection to our telecoms fraud management offering, and small to mid-market contact centre capabilities for Cisco BroadWorks.
“The explosion of Microsoft Teams has opened up significant opportunities for Tollring and our partners in collaboration analytics. As everyone starts to review how they are going to work and communicate in 2021, it’s clear that hybrid working is here to stay. With workforces fully embracing remote collaboration tools, it is critical to have visibility of what is happening, from both a customer engagement and an employee wellbeing perspective - Analytics 365 and Recording 365 for Microsoft Teams will have a key part to play in delivering these insights.”
He adds, “And on a personal note, I’m delighted to be part of the Tollring vision, with the opportunity to work with Tony and his strong management team and to influence the next phase of growth both in the UK and globally.”
