Xpedition, one of the leaders in the implementation of Microsoft cloud-based business applications, has announced a strategic partnership with Progressus Europe.

Progressus provides cloud-based Project Service Automation (PSA), which enhances the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This partnership will allow project services companies to have better visibility of their data, improve the opportunity for growth, and no longer need to separate their Financial Management and PSA systems.

This cloud-based solution is built on the latest Microsoft technology and means an end to multiple business processes being split up and managed outside of the ERP system.

Peter Cutts, Solutions Director at Xpedition, said: “This partnership will significantly enhance our offer to customers, and means that businesses can now plan projects and capture time and expense entries with greater efficiency, allowing for accurate project tracking, fully integrated approvals and billing. Visibility of data is improved, understood and examined to help companies better serve their customers and grow. Ultimately, it gives the business more control.”

The Progressus PSA solution allows companies to control costs, manage resources, reduce administrative burden, and have a less siloed approach. It is designed to improve profitability and productivity by increasing process automation, integrating processes, and offering complete access to data in one place.

Progressus PSA is built into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Instead of requiring separate software for finance and project-based work, Progressus offers the ability to have a fully integrated all-in-one solution. Users can track, manage, and deliver project-based services from sales to invoicing.

Staffan Nilsson of Progressus Europe, said: “We selected Xpedition as one of our few strategic partners in the UK because of the company’s knowledge and skill in the ERP environment and its expertise in the professional services and project-based business industries. The company has also demonstrated expertise on a range of technologies including the Microsoft Power Platform and so clearly has the experience required to implement our solution well.”

Xpedition works with companies to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central to bolster the visibility of their business with a real-time view of financial performance. The all-in-one business management solution helps businesses to connect financials, sales, service, and operations to streamline business processes, improve customer interaction, and make better decisions.
