BrightCloud Group becomes first channel only Cisco partner in the UK to hold two prestigious Cisco accreditations.

Leeds-based contact centre and customer experience specialist BrightCloud Group is celebrating after being awarded two prestigious industry authorisations to operate as both a Cisco Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) and Webex Contact Centre (WxCC) partner. They become the first and only organisation in the UK with a channel only business model to achieve these authorisations…

Leeds-based contact centre and customer experience specialist BrightCloud Group is celebrating after being awarded two prestigious industry authorisations to operate as both a Cisco Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) and Webex Contact Centre (WxCC) partner.



They become the first and only organisation in the UK with a channel only business model to achieve these authorisations, done so through the invitation only knowledge validation process.



After demonstrating their expertise and capability to sell, build, implement and support customers in both technologies, the company was awarded full renewal of their existing UCCE authorisation, as well as obtaining the WxCC authorisation.



Now, through the partner network, BrightCloud Group can deliver state of the art customer experience and contact centre solutions, on-premise or through Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).



BrightCloud Group was established in 2011 with the aim of designing, delivering and supporting specialist Cisco contact centres, platforms complete with a diverse range of Workforce Management, Interactive Voice Response, Artificial Intelligence and Speech Recognition integrations, to provide a complete solution throughout the whole contact centre lifecycle.
