Representatives from Microsoft, Google, Cisco Systems, HP Enterprise, Broadcom, Mimosa, and Ruckus Networks will join the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and many other speakers at the Dynamic Spectrum Alliance’s (DSA’s) upcoming seventh annual Global Summit.

Taking place in Washington D.C, June 25-27 2019, the DSA Global Summit is the premier event on spectrum policy and spectrum management. This year’s agenda addresses how policy makers are making low-, mid-, and high-band spectrum available on a shared and dynamic basis to address accelerating demand for the full range of next generation narrowband and wideband wireless applications and technologies.

The Global Summit agenda will feature a range of key industry leaders, including:

• Mario Maniewicz, Director, Radiocommunication Bureau, International Telecommunication Union (ITU)
• Paul Garnett, Senior Director, Airband Initiative, Microsoft
• Dr. Preston Marshall, Principle Wireless Architect, Google
• Mary Brown, Director, Government Affairs, Cisco Systems
• Chuck Lukaszewski, Vice President, Wireless Strategy & Standards, HP Enterprise
• Chris Szymanski, Director, Product Marketing & Government Affairs, Broadcom
• Jaime Fink, Chief Product Officer, Mimosa
• David Wright, Director, Regulatory Affairs & Network Standards, Ruckus Networks

“This year’s Dynamic Spectrum Alliance Summit agenda and speaker participation is already the strongest we’ve had, which reflects a common recognition by policy makers that dynamic spectrum access is now an essential element to any spectrum regulator’s toolkit and is critical to enabling next generation wireless technologies on low-, mid-, and high-band spectrum,” said Paul Garnett, Chairman of the DSA Board and Senior Director of Microsoft’s Airband Initiative.

The DSA Global Summit will provide the opportunity for industry leaders to discuss and debate spectrum sharing methods and models including the technologies leveraging non-exclusive unlicensed spectrum access, the use of hybrid fixed wireless networks to closing the digital divide and enabling the Internet of things (IoT) in unserved and underserved communities.

The Global Summit will be held at The Westin, Washington D.C, June 25-27, 2019. To register, please click here: http://dynamicspectrumalliance.org/global-summit/.
