Superfast broadband – Surely that's a given?

As the UK government confirms that superfast penetration in the UK has hit 95.39 per cent, we ask whether that goes far enough

This week the government announced that its focus on providing 95 per cent of the population had given UK businesses a £9 billion shot in the arm.
