NEXERA selects Enxoo to automate business & operational processes

Enxoo, a Platinum Salesforce Partner and one of the leading providers of industry cloud for telecommunications, announced today that NEXERA, the recently established wholesale access network operator in Poland, has chosen the company for the provision of complete, end-to-end, cloud-based BSS and OSS solution.

In June 2017, NEXERA won the competition within the Operational Programme Digital Poland (POPC) and will deploy modern fiber-optic broadband infrastructure in thirteen areas of central and north-eastern Poland. Currently, the operator is executing the PLN 1.3B investment with the aim of constructing a modern optic fibre network reaching 450k households by mid-2020.

The solution delivered by enxoo will allow NEXERA to provide top-notch quality and reliability wholesale service in an efficient and flexible way. Enxoo for communications solution will support NEXERA’s business and operational processes providing automation in fields of customer management, product management, request handling, offer preparation, order fulfillment, network management, billing, service assurance, as well as reporting.

Enxoo solution is built additively on Salesforce platform and offers the following additional benefits:
? One integrated platform for order and network management, including business and operational aspects,
? Service provisioning acceleration by the unification of business and technical framework, service assurance streamline by shortening the time of reaction to Customer or Network Incidents, as well as reporting simplification and transparent insight into data,
? Configurable service catalog enabling smooth management of complex products and pricing models.

Enxoo invited Czech headquartered CROSS Network Intelligence to provide a cross intelligence platform designed to let telecoms operate their networks more efficiently. The platform allows to integrate the data regarding all owned and leased physical, logical and virtual network inventory assets and the services which run on them. This solution enables telecoms to plan, document and integrate inventory services into their key financial, operational and assurance processes.
