Beesion Technologies, the pioneer of low-code telecom software, was selected by GRUPO MÁSMÓVIL, the fourth biggest telecom provider in the Spanish market, to implement a new order management and inventory management solution for its B2B business unit.

Beesion’s low-code O2B (Order to Business) solution will help MÁSMÓVIL more efficiently deliver and install connectivity, cloud, and mobile phone services throughout Spain. The software will also provide greater visibility into the order fulfillment cycle, giving MÁSMÓVIL more control over the delivery and execution of orders.

Improvements include:
- Capture orders from any channel, mobile, internet, direct sales, and tele-sales, using Beesion’s omni-channel architecture
- Monitor order fulfillment progress - for each department - using Beesion’s rich dashboard and reporting engine
- Launch new fulfillment processes and sub-processes quickly, with configurable workflows and runtime change capability
- Gain complete visibility of stock and inventory movements at any point in the delivery and order management process

The solution, which will go into effect this year, will unify a set of applications, data sources, and procedures to reduce the time to deliver MÁSMÓVIL’s telecom services. Installation and provisioning staff will enjoy significant time savings because they will no longer have to consult multiple systems and data sources.

At the same time, MÁSMÓVIL will have greater visibility and control of the installation process and resources used, through a broad range of performance metrics.
