eGain, the leading provider of cloud customer engagement solutions, today announced that it will unveil click-to-solve™, a radically simple solution to improve customer service efficiency and reduce customer effort, at Gartner Application Strategies and Solutions Summit, scheduled to be held December 6-8 in Las Vegas, NV.
eGain will demonstrate how click-to-solve, a push-button approach to solving customer service challenges redefines “easy” in customer engagement—pre-purchase guidance and self-service problem resolution for consumers, process guidance for contact center advisors, and operations measurement and management for customer service leaders.
