How Telin is strengthening its network service through a new giant command center

To enhance the quality of service to its partners, Telin launched the control center of infrastructure and service in the Automatic Telephone Central space located in Kalibata district in South Jakarta, named “World Hub Operation & Command Center (WHOCC)”. This initiative was to replace the previous control center called “Network Operation Center (NOC)” located in Gambir, Central Jakarta.
