Luminet launches new channel programme

Its programme is underpinned with its 100% SLA guarantee; enabled via its wireless and fibre infrastructure, which will allow IT and voice resellers to sell value-added OTT services faster. The launch is in line with the availability of its new proposition “Fibre Air” – a wireless business Internet service that can be installed in as little as five working days. Partners reselling traditional Fibre Leased Lines typically have to wait around 90 days for installation. With “Fibre Air” partners can offer customers up to 1GB symmetrical broadband Internet connectivity almost straight away…

Its programme is underpinned with its 100% SLA guarantee; enabled via its wireless and fibre infrastructure, which will allow IT and voice resellers to sell value-added OTT services faster.

The launch is in line with the availability of its new proposition “Fibre Air” – a wireless business Internet service that can be installed in as little as five working days. Partners reselling traditional Fibre Leased Lines typically have to wait around 90 days for installation. With “Fibre Air” partners can offer customers up to 1GB symmetrical broadband Internet connectivity almost straight away, which means they can immediately start billing. It can either be sold on an isolated fixed three-month contract, or kept as a back-up broadband service to ensure business continuity in case of broadband downtime or outages, giving partners another valuable new revenue opportunity.

Luminet already boasts an award-winning suite of connectivity, communications and computing products. Its most popular channel products include its co-location services and its business Internet services, which are the best priced in the industry and delivered over its fibre network and completely independent Fixed Wireless Access infrastructure.

Luminet owns its own core and wireless network, which enables delivery of its partner services. Its new channel programme is based on three options: wholesale white label (usually layer two interconnected) or layer three where the reseller can bill customers themselves, or Luminet can bill the customer for them. All partners are supported with sales material, training and a dedicated account manager. Its customer satisfaction levels are extremely high, evidenced by its Net Promoter Score of 42, compared to the UK telco average of 16-18. Luminet also offers a ‘price promise’ to match or beat any fibre pricing, when partners go for the company’s 100% SLA service.

Resellers are already reaping the benefits of Luminet’s new channel proposition.
