eGain, the leading provider of cloud customer engagement solutions, today announced that Elisa, a leading communications and online service provider in Finland, will market and resell eGain’s award-winning cloud solutions for knowledge-guided digital engagement in Finland.
A leader in telecommunications, ICT and online service company serving 2.3 million consumers, Elisa is expanding its digital services to consumers and corporate customers. Integrating its own cloud voice platform with eGain Cloud, the company will market and resell eGain’s digital engagement solutions as part of its expanded business client portfolio.
Digital has been on the rise in the Nordics and Baltics with digital commerce projected to grow at 8.12% CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) in the 2016-20 period to over $7B by 2020 in Finland alone (Source: Statista).
