Emagine International, a specialist provider of real-time contextual customer marketing software, has today announced the roll-out of a number of significant enhancements to its market leading Adaptive Contextual Marketing platform to enable large companies to deliver an omni-channel, 360 degree, unified inbound and outbound contextual marketing approach.

The enhanced modular platform has been designed to deliver the best interaction for each individual customer in real-time to drive customer engagement and maximise business results.

Emagine has completed a major re-architecture of its product based on the industry acclaimed Lambda Architecture for big data and fast data. In addition, Emagine has now integrated its Real-Time Event Decisioning and Next Best Action product capabilities to enable the full monetisation of integrated inbound and outbound campaigns and analytics.
