Mobile phone online retailer e2save, part of Dixons Carphone, has been re-launched to the value mobile phone market, comprising a new look website, enhanced service offering and complete rebrand.

The new web platform will provide a variety of value phone contracts and products, alongside helpful content, including videos and peer reviews for those looking for reassurance. This aims to give a savvy, financially conscious demographic all the information needed to make an informed purchase.

Paul Sandey, brand marketing manager at e2save, said: “Our marketing strategy is to inform, entertain and engage with our customers. We’ve created a new, light hearted tone of voice to align ourselves even more closely with the e2save shopper, with the aim to go beyond just a transactional relationship.”

Since its inception in 1999, e2save has provided affordable mobile phone contracts, with the predominant focus on value led tariffs across its product range. Additionally, its high quality range of refurbished devices allows customers to purchase high tier devices at a fraction of the cost. Add in hundreds of thousands of pounds that have been paid back to the customer via cashback deals, whilst they also offer free gift bundles and SIM-only plans for consumers who demand more flexibility.

The value specialist is also placing massive emphasis on post-sale customer care, providing clear and helpful content on the website backed by a dedicated customer service team. Their average reviews score has already increased to 4/5, up from 3/5 year on year.

Andrew Palmer, trading & operations director at e2save, added: “We are re-launching to the market with a multi-channel campaign which introduces the new website and updated brand. With everyone’s favourite Facebook and Vine star Arron Crascall getting involved, we’ve created a video which will spread a little bit of happiness while highlighting the cheeky ethos and delivering a message to consumers of getting more for your deal with e2save. We believe e2save has a unique position in a very competitive mobile market, with 16 years’ experience and offering value as a whole package, beyond just the lowest monthly cost.”

During the past year, e2save has helped thousands of customers save money through a cashback contract deal and many have chosen a free gift alongside their phone contract.

The new web platform will enable the company to highlight and promote new innovations, and deliver engaging content while the brand looks to cement its position and grow market share.
