13 categories were awarded and the winners are as follows:

> Best IPX Service Provider - SAP Mobile Services
> Best Security / Fraud Solution - Subex
> Best Messaging Solution - WhatsApp
> Best Signalling Solution - Transaction Network Services (TNS)
> Technology Innovation Award - BT Global Telecom Markets
> Best Cloud Offering - Hutchison Global Communications Limited
> Best Data Centre Provider - Equinix
> Outstanding Partnership Initiative - Telefonica Group & Telenor Group
> Newcomer of the Year - Vodafone Carrier Services
> Most Innovative Wholesaler - Telin
> Best Wholesale Carrier (Regional) - Orange
> Best Wholesale Carrier (Global) - Tata Communications
> Wholesale Personality of the Year - Andreas Hipp, Epsilon
