X-on has continued its ongoing growth with the appointment of Martin Kemp as Service Delivery Manager.

The Framlingham-based UK market leading Cloud Telecoms provider was founded in 2000 and processes several million SMS and call minutes per month.

Martin is an experienced ICT Service Desk Manager and more recently, a Release Manager, having worked at Vodafone (formerly Cable&Wireless) for 6 years prior to joining X-on.

Bringing with him knowledge of Service and Project Management, as well as award winning customer service skills and process design, Martin will look to draw upon these skills and experience in his new role as Service Delivery Manager at X-on.
