Enhanced Telecommunications, Ltd., trading as ETI Software Solutions, is proud to introduce the Overture Suite – a next-gen solution that monitors, manages and monetizes service provider operations to enhance service assurance, reduce churn, maximize revenue and deliver a superior customer experience.

Overture’s birth is the result of ETI’s 20+ years of BSS/OSS provisioning and integration expertise in North America. ETI has provided turnkey, automated flow-through service activation to hundreds of broadband service providers operating a wide variety of technologies, including FTTX, DSL, HFC, voice switches, RF and IP video, DOCSIS and voice mail systems.

“Over the years, we’ve amassed one of the richest inventories of OSS technology integrations available,” says Chris Beisner, Vice President of Product Management at ETI. “We have the unique ability to make diverse technologies from multiple vendors work in harmony with a service provider’s enterprise billing and customer care solution.”

Overture harnesses this B/OSS data and presents it in a live map, a real-time GIS platform created with mapping industry leader ESRI. Overture also captures network management elements, workforce management data, and customer service information and presents it all on the live map. What this means is that Overture empowers an entire organization to proactively and positively affect the bottom line through direct communication between departments – no more silos of information.

“We realized our software is the gatekeeper of data, and we have found new ways to use this subscriber and device data to improve service assurance for our customers,” explained Nick Wilcox, CEO of ETI Software’s United Kingdom headquarters. “And the fact that Overture is a modular suite of products gives our customers the flexibility to add modules over time.”
