Orange Chairman and CEO Stéphane Richard has decided to appoint Fabienne Dulac as Senior Executive Vice-President of Orange France with effect from 22 August 2015. As such, she will join the Group’s Executive Committee.

"I am very happy to announce the arrival of Fabienne Dulac as head of Orange France and as a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. Fabienne has in-depth knowledge of Orange France. She will bring to the job her human and managerial skills, her expertise, her extensive knowledge of the situation in the field and her dynamic approach. This appointment is indicative of the wealth of talents within the Group," said Stéphane Richard.

Fabienne Dulac , 48 years old, holds a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies (post-Master's qualification) in Political Sociology from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, a Master's in History and a Bachelor's equivalent in Modern Literature. After having begun a doctoral thesis, Fabienne Dulac began her career in the Ministère de l'Intérieur, the French Home Office.
She joined the business world in 1993 as marketing and communications manager for VTCOM, a multimedia services developer, at the time when the internet was emerging and creating a new business sector.

Fabienne Dulac joined France Télécom in 1997 within the newly established Multimedia Division. Her responsibilities as external communications manager extended across all the Group's multimedia activities, within companies such as Wanadoo, Voila and Mappy. In 2008 she became Online Sales and Customer Relations Director at Orange France; she was instrumental in bringing innovation to the division, while driving the company's digital transformation within sales and customer relations.

In 2011, Fabienne took the helm at Orange’s Northern France Division and managed an operational entity of more than 5,500 employees.
In September 2013 she was appointed Director of Communications for Orange France.
