Centerline Solutions, one of the fastest-growing and most trusted providers of network infrastructure services to the wireless telecommunications industry, announced today that it has acquired Colorado-based Wireless Limited. This strategic acquisition immediately enhances Centerline’s position as the dominant wireless services provider in the Western U.S. by adding all of Wireless Limited’s assets, customers and employees. Through this acquisition, the size of Centerline’s exceptional staff has grown to more than 300 employees—among the largest and most skilled in the industry.
“We’re thrilled the employees of Wireless Limited will be joining Centerline,” said Benjamin Little, CEO of Centerline Solutions. “Our newest team members will have access to the latest training, equipment and support, as well as the ability to grow and expand their careers within the wireless industry with a larger, more established organization. Individuals who are seeking careers in the wireless industry want to work for established companies that offer a solid career path, and that is what Centerline brings to the table. Our newest team members will assist us in handling our ever-expanding customer project requests. Together, we will offer the wireless industry more precise scheduling and better quality control.”
Recently recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest-growing companies, Centerline Solutions is a leader in the wireless industry, providing a full suite of solutions that includes designing, building, modifying and maintaining the infrastructure for wireless telecommunications networks. The acquisition of Wireless Limited is the third in eight months for Centerline, following the acquisition of K bar M Consulting of Idaho last September and Cascadia PM of Washington this January.
Through its organic growth and acquisitions, Centerline has seen nearly triple-digit growth over the past three years, and its satisfied customers include all of the major wireless providers as well as equipment manufacturers, tower owners, government entities and private industries. The demand for the company’s exceptional services is driven by Centerline’s use of its own employees to perform work, opposed to the subcontractor model used by other companies in the industry. Using an in-house staff ensures that Centerline’s large scale projects are completed on time and within budget, without compromising quality or safety.
The acquisition adds to Centerline’s employee count, nearing 300, and allows the company to deliver an even broader set of services and resources to meet any customer’s needs. Centerline has offices in Denver, Phoenix, Olympia (WA), Vancouver (WA), Kirkland (WA), Rochester (NY), and Honolulu, but handles projects throughout North America, including Canada and Mexico. The company has also delivered solutions on projects abroad in Malaysia and China.
“Centerline Solutions’ goal has always been to have the highest-quality workforce providing exceptional service within the wireless industry. The addition of Wireless Limited employees adds some exceptional talent to Centerline,” said Mike Mackiewicz, president of Centerline Solutions. “We’re extremely proud of the talented team Centerline has assembled. Everyone from our senior engineers and designers, to highly technical and experienced construction professionals, are leaders in the wireless industry. They continually outperform our competition when it comes to completing large scale projects ahead of schedule, under budget, and with the highest quality standards.”
