Etiya, a leading next generation Catalog driven Order Management solutions provider to telecom operators, together with a leading telecom service provider Avea, today announced the successful completion of the Project Unicorn, a dynamic centralized catalog driven sales and order management system that is fitted to the customer needs. The new system delivers a single experience that supports the demanding needs of the next generation customers.

Turkey's youngest and most innovative mobile operator Avea, commissioned Etiya to deliver and integrate Telaura Sales and Order Management solution, which is developed in accordance to the international Telco standards and TM Forum frameworks. Project Unicorn brings an endto-end visibility of customer orders throughout the product and order‘s lifecycle including unified order capture, service availability and eligibility of customer. The ability to identify and analyze deferred production to reduce downtime and increase production is a key capability of the order flexible omni-channel fulfillment options. The Project is beheaded to target quick delivery times and flexible fulfillment for all products and bundles.
