Telekom Romania picks Phutureconsult for big data analytics

Telekom Romania, aiming to become number one integrated operator in Romania, part of OTE and Deutsche Telekom groups, will use phutureconsult SMC’s M/DNA-Platform. The M/DNA Big Data Platform will provide easy, efficient analytics and simulation to Manager of the Marketing Department.

Telekom Romania was looking for a solution which is independent of legacy IT and which can provide all in one campaign management linked to relevant analytics. The M/DNA platform is complementary to existing environment and does not require any IT-integration. Employees of the Marketing Department will be able to create easily custom dashboards, see progress on campaigns and control budgets.

M/DNA will structure, orchestrate and simulate millions of data sets in order to ensure that the right person has the right information at the right time to make the right decision. Profitability of campaigns and simulations for best channel per target group will be easily provided in real time.

The analysed data will be provided from different sources – via M/DNA’s easy to use CSV-Upload tool employees will be able to create new KPIs and dashboards without any IT-Know how. This of course allows fully flexibility on data management. “The effort has paid off – the deployment of M-DNA.net allows us to make decisions faster and more reliable. It saves time and we are able to make deep analysis anytime by just clicking a couple of buttons”, says Ionut Ionita, Channel Management and Planning Manager at Telekom Romania. "The information flow between stakeholder is simplified therefore we can now share information with relevant business partners”.
