Centerline Solutions, the most trusted provider of cell tower services to the wireless telecommunications industry, today announced that it has acquired Washington-based Cascadia PM—an acquisition that immediately makes Centerline one of the leading wireless infrastructure services providers for the Pacific Northwest. This strategic acquisition not only expands the company’s turnkey wireless services to a new geographic region of the United States, but also enhances Centerline’s program management capabilities through the addition of Cascadia’s highly respected team and resources.

“We are thrilled to join Centerline Solutions,” said Jill Grenier, president of Cascadia PM. “Centerline’s culture, services and reputation are a perfect match with Cascadia.”

Centerline Solutions is a fast-growing leader in the wireless industry, providing a full suite of services that include designing, building, modifying and maintaining the infrastructure for wireless telecommunications networks. The company has seen nearly triple-digit growth over the past three years, and its customers include all of the major wireless providers, equipment manufacturers, tower owners, government entities and private industries.

“Cascadia PM is known throughout the industry as a leading provider of program management for wireless projects that involve everything from site acquisition to engineering to construction project management,” said Benjamin Little, CEO of Centerline Solutions. “We are excited to offer that expertise to our customers nationwide, as well as grow our footprint in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii and Alaska. Together, we will offer the wireless industry more precise scheduling and better quality control.”

The acquisition of Cascadia PM is Centerline’s second in six months. In September, Centerline Solutions acquired K Bar M Consulting, a wireless infrastructure construction company that specializes in building, repairing and modifying wireless towers across North America and internationally. Both acquisitions give Centerline Solutions far more control over the quality, schedule and cost of its services.

The acquisition of Cascadia PM gives Centerline Solutions an additional 50 employees, bringing the company’s total to nearly 300—a workforce that allows Centerline the broadest set of services and resources to meet any customer’s needs. The company has offices in Denver; Phoenix; Olympia, Wash.; Vancouver, Wash.; Kirkland, Wash.; Rochester, N.Y. and Honolulu, Hawaii; but it handles projects throughout North America, including Canada and Mexico. It also has delivered its services on projects abroad in Malaysia and China.

“For 15 years, we have been building Centerline Solutions to be the most trusted, respected and capable provider of infrastructure services to the wireless industry,” added Mike Mackiewicz, president of Centerline Solutions. “We now have nearly 300 extremely qualified employees ranging from senior engineers and designers to highly technical and experienced construction professionals. And that gives us the ability to complete nearly any project on time and on budget with no punch list or errors.”
