Clear as mud: US net neutrality debate creates uncertain investment climate

Telcos hit out at Obama's Title II move; AT&T talks up the potential of Mexico; and the waters get murkier in Brazil.

AT&T this week made it clear that while it is encouraged by President Peña Nieto's changes to the regulatory landscape in Mexico, it does not have the same confidence in Barack Obama.
