Spectrum sharing is caring, but telcos need incentives

The world has gone mad for sharing. Apparently the best way to make sure that whatever it is your are doing looks clever, cute, funny or delicious is to make a lot of people aware that you are doing it. "Behold what I just read, Twitter, and tremble before my mighty intellect!" Or: "Behold what I am about to eat, Instagram, and applaud my culinary sensibilities!"
