Orange keen to cling on to customer relationships

Orange on Thursday showed just how keen it is to maintain a close relationship with customers and keep its place in that value chain with a host of announcements that touched on almost every aspect of people's lives. Taking to the stage at the operator's third-annual Hello show in Paris, Orange CEO Stephane Richard outlined the many areas his company is focusing on in a bid to fulfil this role.
