Orange loans hundreds of millions of euros to prepaid customers

Creating customer loyalty in mobile markets dominated by prepaid users with a tendency to own multiple SIM cards is no easy task, but Orange has a number of tricks up its sleeve to help it on its way in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), including allowing customers to borrow hefty sums of prepaid credit.
