SurCo CRM is a simple to use customer relationship management (CRM) application from Sure Communication (sur.co.uk) Ltd, which allows your organisation to easily and quickly maintain accurate and up to date records of customers, suppliers and contacts.

It assists in marketing your products and services via phone, email, text messaging or direct mail and can generate quotes and invoices, automatically allocate emails and texts, set up tasks and reminders - all without additional hardware or software.

The integration between SurCo CRM and CloudCall will provide users with additional functionality including click-to-call, call recording and playback and a full reporting suite that provides real-time performance analytics. This means Sure Communication’s customers will benefit from lower costs and better management visibility.

Similar to SYNETY’s CloudCall, SurCo CRM is a cloud-based software that provides a flexible and low cost approach, a per-user per-month basis. Neither software installation processes require additional infrastructure and software updates are automatically pushed, providing users with the most up-to-date software available.
