Cerillion Technologies, a provider of next generation customer management systems, today announced the launch of its Order Management solution at GO, Malta's leading communications provider. Implemented as a module within Cerillion’s pre-integrated CRM & Billing solution, the Order Management component has improved GO’s market responsiveness and enabled the provider to quickly launch innovative new multi-play bundles and grow market share.
Cerillion and GO have worked in close partnership for more than ten years, during which time GO has converged from multiple separate lines of business to becoming a fully integrated quad-play communications provider. The latest Cerillion upgrade has helped GO to react much faster to competitive pressures and deliver a superior sales and ordering experience across the full range of consumer and business services.
