LTE networks pop up in Israel

Israel plans to sell off 1800-MHz spectrum for 4G later this year, but big three operators get an early start.

Israel's Cellcom announced the launch of its LTE network on Sunday, while rival operator Pelephone also started offering LTE services, according to local press reports.
