Emagine International, a specialist provider of real-time contextual customer marketing software and managed services for communications service providers (CSPs), today announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with Customer Value Management experts CVM People. Under the terms of the agreement, CVM People will supply a range of consulting and resourcing solutions, including first class talent acquisition to support their growth in the EMEA market. The partnership’s first task will be the selection of a General Manager for the region.
Building on from the success of Emagine’s Adaptive Contextual Marketing platform launch last year, which uses the latest technology and techniques in machine learning and big data analytics to reveal deep insights into the customer’s Behavioral DNA and deliver interactions bases on relevance and value, Emagine are now positioned to boost their growth in EMEA with a high quality resource solution that supports and enhances the proposition. CVM People will not only source permanent staff for Emagine, their consultants will also provide hands-on support to customer deployments across the EMEA region.
