SYNETY, the leading cloud-based software and communications business has announced the integration of its CloudCall software with online recruitment software provider, Chameleon-i.

The integration enables Chameleon-i users to utilise their business communications more effectively and drive advanced telephony functions directly from their Chameleon-i database. SYNETY’s CloudCall software includes desktop click-to-call, full integration of call histories the ability to add call recordings to client and candidate records and report on call activity – providing a highly comprehensive overview of current and historic client interactions.

CloudCall’s features can be delivered in addition to Chameleon-i’s end user existing telephony arrangements on a per-user, per-month basis with no upfront costs which compliments and mirror Chameleon-i’s business model.
Chameleon-i clients who choose to adopt this service will also benefit from ultra-low costs for outbound calls, which enables significant savings for their agency.
