Mum, the telly's on fire!

Amazon joins the Internet TV party as the net neutrality debate gets seriously hot.

When I was a kid, needing to use the words "fire" and "TV" in the same sentence was a bad thing. It didn't help that we were the proud owners of a cathode ray tube (CRT) television set the size of a garden shed that required a particular – and well-practised – trick to turn it on. Specifically, you had to thump it really hard on the top, in exactly the right place and simultaneously hit the power button…
