Anam Technologies, the leading Mobile Messaging Services & Technology provider, announces the appointment of Clive Steady as Global Commercial Director. Clive joins Anam at a key moment in the company’s evolution and will focus on the strategic growth areas of Security and Revenue Assurance for the messaging domain.

On the back of continued and substantial growth in A2P and Enterprise messaging market, Anam is seeing increased interest in its technology. Clive will seize on these opportunities for Anam’s pioneering and intelligent technology to allow operators protect their customers and generate new SMS revenues.

Clive brings over 25 years’ experience in sales, product management, engineering and consultancy with most of his career focussed on the mobile messaging market. His most recent role was UK CEO of Ammeon, a communications technology company offering managed delivery services and consulting. Prior to this Clive worked for a number of leading technology companies, including LogicaCMG (now Acision) in senior sales, product management and product engineering roles, and earlier in his career as Principal Consultant for PA Consulting Group.

“I am delighted to welcome Clive as part of the Anam team at this exciting stage in the growth of our company. His experience and familiarity with the industry will be invaluable in driving our business forward and leveraging our already successful development strategy,” said Louise O’Sullivan, CEO of Anam Technologies. “Clive has a proven track record in product management, sales and leadership within the messaging sector and will be a real asset to Anam as we continue to expand.”

“I am very excited to start working with Anam and will be working to develop key accounts and markets across the globe,” commented Clive Steady. “It’s been declared that SMS has had its day but I believe we are yet to see the full potential, with many operators beginning to see the value of Application-to –Person messaging and the benefits it can bring in terms of both improved customer service and satisfaction, as well as new revenues.”
