My precioussss: no fellowship when it comes to spectrum

Telcos will pay significant sums to acquire new mobile spectrum and once they have it, they are not always keen to share.

For the most part, it is horribly unfair to someone as debonair and articulate as Vodafone CEO Vittorio Colao to liken him to JRR Tolkein's Gollum, but when it comes to mobile spectrum there are some similarities.
