Axos mulls legal action over Kosovo privatisation debacle

Consortium due to buy 75% of PTK lays blame squarely at feet of government as telecoms privatisation falls apart.

The investment group that was due to acquire Kosovo's state-owned telecoms operator has hit out at the government for its decision to cancel the privatisation process and indicated that it is considering legal action.
