Eniro, a leading local search company in the Nordic region, today extended and broadened its successful agreement with Google™ which was entered into two years ago. The agreement gives Eniro a strong position as a Premier SMB Partner for Google AdWords™ in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. In the Norwegian and Danish markets, Eniro will gain a unique position as the so far only company with Premier SMB Partner status. The agreement will lead to a potential doubling in Eniro’s revenue from sales of keyword advertising in 2014.
The agreement, which has been extended for two years, entails deeper cooperation between the two leading search companies in the Scandinavian market. It also gives Eniro an option to further expand its business in the Group. Through the agreement, Eniro secures an attractive product portfolio as a complement to its own digital search service, where an increasingly large share of all searches are performed from mobile devices. The agreement ensures that Eniro will be able to continue assisting small and mid-size companies gain exposure in all relevant media, where advertising via mobile devices is the growth channel. External partnerships with companies like Google and Microsoft strengthen Eniro’s role as a consulting media partner primarily for small and mid-size companies.
