Pontis Ltd, the leading provider of contextual marketing and customer base management solutions for Communication Service Providers, today announced that Vimplecom, one of the world’s largest integrated telecommunications services operators, selected its Individual Customer Lifecycle Management (iCLM™) solution for its subsidiary companies in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Pontis’ solution will be used to manage Vimpelcom’s customer base of almost 90 million subscribers across these three markets.

Pontis’ iCLM™ solution helps to improve the customer experience, allowing operators to continuously engage with millions of subscribers on an individual basis. Leveraging Big Data analytics, iCLM™ correlates network data, customer past behaviour, and real-time activities to determine the next best action and deliver personalized communications and contextual information to each customer. The Pontis solution improves marketing effectiveness, offering higher customer engagement rates, reduced churn and increased ARPU.
