Astellia, leading provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, announced the signature of a comprehensive customer experience management (CEM) and network monitoring deal with BASE Company, Belgium.

This contract follows Astellia’s successful one year on-site managed services presence. The global project, spread over 5 years, consists of implementing Astellia’s Nova solution on BASE Company’s entire 3G and 4G network. The solution allows BASE Company to encourage data usage, optimize data plans, etc.
