Something momentous happened in the U.K. this week. No matter where in the world you live, I'm sure you couldn't have missed it. Here's a hint: it involved hospitals. That's right, O2 UK suddenly and inexplicably pulled the plug on its e-health services – Help at Hand and Health at Home – leaving the telecoms industry scratching its collective head.
