EE unveils shared 4G plans as subscribers exceed 500,000

U.K. LTE operator details the first 10 cities that will see network speeds double.

EE on Thursday announced plans to offer new tariff plans that allow customers to share data between multiple devices such as smartphones and tablets. This pricing model is the same as the one pioneered in the U.S. by Verizon Wireless almost exactly one year ago. AT&T followed suit a month later. Meanwhile, Sweden's TeliaSonera in March claimed to be the first operator in Europe to offer a similar tariff structure…
