Tech Mahindra has successfully incorporated Microsoft Dynamics CRM into its existing portfolio of B/OSS solutions to come up with an expanded suite of pre-packaged IT platform – “jumpStartTelco: WBB eXpress” that combines the company’s leadership in delivering innovation.
