German telco's strategy looks to be paying off, suggesting tough times ahead for O2 and E-Plus, analyst says.

Deutsche Telekom on Wednesday reported growth in net profit for the first quarter of 2013, exceeding analysts' expectations and showing signs of a turnaround at its domestic mobile business.
