Kabelnoord, has given Netadmin Systems an order for the delivery of an Operations Support System (OSS). The objective with the project is to reduce time to market by optimizing Kabelnoords’ network operation processes.

Kabelnoord is a small, but very successful communication service provider delivering multiple services over broadband to homes and businesses in the north of the Netherlands.

Kabelnoord has now chosen Netadmin Systems’ OSS solution to automate the processes of their communication services.

NETadmin is a software platform that automates operational and business processes in broadband networks, making it an ideal partner for Kabelnoord. Kabelnoord has experienced an increased demand of their 3-play offering and is now in need of automated processes such as self-activation. NETadmin will help them with order management to automatically activate the services in Kabelnoords customers' homes.

“We have been using NETadmin IP logging since mid 2012 with success and will now extend the use of the platform for provisioning, inventory and monitoring. The main advantage for us to use NETadmin is that we can deliver our services faster to our customers and it will naturally increases both revenue and customer satisfaction”, said Anton van der Hoek, CTO at Kabelnoord.
