Operators need to put mix-and-match mobile broadband bundles on the menu

Survey shows mobile broadband users want to be able to select a personalised bundle of services, but do not necessarily want to go fully a la carte.

Telecoms operators providing mobile broadband services would do well to learn from the restaurant industry and give end-users a variety of options to choose from when it comes to services bundled within their pricing plans. Indeed, according to a new study published on Tuesday, customers are willing to pay for more personalisation in mobile broadband. But customers are not looking for a whole smorgasbord of options; specifically, they want to be able to select two, three or four services of their choosing…
