Virgin Mobile has again chosen the MVNO in a Box solution of I-New Unified Mobile Solutions AG and Comsys Telecom & Media B.V. for their new innovative MVNO environment.

I-New and Comsys are very proud for being selected again by Virgin Mobile Latin America to supply the complete MVNO-in-a-box solution. Virgin Mobile Colombia will is the second market and will be in operation in December, 2012, the first market was Virgin Mobile Chile.

Virgin Mobile plans to build regional services with further roll outs of full MVNO services in the major Latin American markets. As Virgin Mobile focuses very much on the “Young at heart” consumers, positioning itself as a fresh alternative service provider, the demand on innovative products and services were accordingly high. Virgin thereof has selected I-New as partner for the supply and delivery phase for the complete IT and Telecom Infrastructure.

I-New and Comsys have developed and designed the solution to enable real flexibility and convergence for the customer and to have minimal initial investments by a time to market. The product is very scalable from 10.000 subscribers up to millions; it is multitenant and supports a multitude of market segmentations.

The MVNO in a box solution has many features such as: Real-time IN Services, Voicemail, Postpaid, Prepaid, SMS-C, USSD Gateway, Messaging Services, MMS, Real-time Convergent Charging and Rating Engine, CRM, Wholesales Billing, Call Center, Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence, Provisioning, Mobile Marketing and Advertising, Voice (IVR) Services, Voucher Management System, Service Creation Environment, Flexible Mediation, Loyalty and Campaign manager, and more.
