OSS/BSS solutions provider, Suntech, has launched SunVizion Network Inventory 12.3, the new version of its system for telecommunications network inventory.

New software was enhanced with a whole set of functional solutions to support inventory of FTTH networks. New features of the system will facilitate and speed up the process of the inventory of FTTH networks.

The new software revolutionizes the way network inventory software user work with the system. In cooperation with Microsoft Kinect application was incorporated into the software. The users are now able to interact with the system using just gestures. Suntech solution is a world's first telco network inventory system using Kinect technology.

"This is another step on our way towards creation more naturally and user friendly environment for our systems users," says Piotr Saczuk, Suntech CEO. "Going mobile with tablets and smartphones creates new ways of interacting telecom with network inventory system. Kinect application gives our customers additional possibility: using inventory system without any device in hand."

New version of SunVizion Network Inventory also supports ArcGIS 10.1, the latest version of Esri's software. System users can now have an easier way to share their resources on the internet. ArcGIS 10.1 also better integrates desktop solutions, server and applications for mobile devices.
