Fibre network operator signs deal with BluWan to bring 100-Mbps broadband to Somaliland.

While telecoms operators in many developed markets are finding it difficult to convince consumers of the need for 100-Mbps broadband connections to the home, some believe there is a market for those high-speed services in east Africa... albeit with the help of some creative business models.
