SYNETY, the hosted telephony software specialist, has introduced CloudCall Click, a unique service that seamlessly integrates voice calling and recording functions with a range of business applications including email clients, CRM and sales automation software.

CloudCall Click works with customers’ existing business phone systems, or with the included CloudCall Communicator soft phone as a standalone system, and is priced at £10 per user, per month. It enables process-based communications functions such as click-to-dial from email clients such as MS Outlook and Gmail, as well as a growing range of CRM or sales suites. All calls can be recorded in the cloud, and call recordings can be managed and used in email clients or other software as easily as a Word document – making it ideal for sales or service environments.

The solution also offers ultra-low outbound call costs of 0.75p per minute for UK landline numbers and 2p per minute for UK mobiles, enabling organisations to slash their overall communications costs.

The service operates as a stand-alone phone service over a broadband connection, using either SYNETY VoIP handsets or softphone. It can be provisioned within a few minutes and be installed and running within 2 working days, offering a hassle-free alternative to line rentals with a competitive price of £15 per user, per month.

Additional built-in functions include advanced reporting and analysis on usage and activity by user so that entire workforces can be monitored easily, integrated IVR / Auto-Receptionist to greet and help route incoming calls efficiently and call queuing which allows peak busy time calls to be handled more efficiently. CloudCall Enterprise customers who want the low call rates available with CloudCall Click offers simply pay an additional £5 per user, per month to access the rates.
