As Samsung and Apple battle it out in the courts, it seems consumers really can't tell mobile devices apart.
"It looks like a big iPhone," was an opinion broadly agreed upon in the Total Telecom office this week, when one team member showed off what happened to be their Sony e-reader.
Closer inspection revealed plenty of obvious differences, but the facts remain: it is rectangular, and has a large screen surrounded by a black case. Thus, if a brief glance at a Sony e-reader results in the "i" word being uttered, Samsung never really stood a chance.
The Korean electronics giant has been ordered to pay $1.05 billion to its U.S. rival after a jury there decided Samsung had infringed six of seven Apple design and technology patents wielded by the iPhone maker…
