Whichever way you look at it, the floodgates to mobile broadband services are now well and truly open. Attempts to rein back subscriber expectations of these services are like asking a child in a candy store to decide when they've had enough. This exponential demand for data is not only wreaking havoc across mobile networks, but also resulting in frustrated users. In order to build a truly loyal subscriber base, the best course of action for operators now is to ensure that demand never again outstrips supply. Service providers today are practically offering the shirt off their backs to retain subscribers…
